|
OVERALL: TARGET MET Description of projected use of results from the 2014-2015 academic year that is being addressed in the 2015-2016 academic year: In spring of 2013 to spring of 2014 FINE 2999 had 32 students enrolled in one class offering. After implementing the changes, we had 54 students enroll spring of 2015 and 2016. FINE 2909 was not on regular rotation before spring of 2015 and was not offered in either spring of 2013 or in 2014. Since the change the course has been offered in rotation twice in 2015 and 2016. Total enrollment was 56. FINE 2104 was only offered once a year, and averaged 32 students a year. After the change we say a total of 45 students enroll in 2015-2016 with a Fall and Spring option.
Description of any changes for improvements which were made during the course of the 2015-2016 academic year: Better communication with CAS since four year grids are not being used. This can be observed in rising Junior course enrollment. We saw a decrease in enrollment from 160 in fall 2014 to 144 in fall 2015. We also experienced a devastating fire which displaced students and their classes. Description of the expected use of results that will be addressed in the 2016-2017 academic year: The program will be providing more opportunities for student dancers enrolled in performance classes. We will edit four year grids to reflect the course change from a two semester sequence to a six semester increase. |
